Panic attacks can come out of nowhere, they don’t care about when or where, day or night, or it ruins plans. As terrifying as they are, they will eventually pass. Please let someone in your life, who struggles, that they are not alone. Help them find a method to use when they’re having an attack; like deep breathing, or some mental distraction. There are reasons behind what they are feeling.
